Meet The Team

Ce Ce Clemons is the Founder and Executive Director of The Cove Initiative, NFP. She is passionate about strengthening families and supporting youth through practical resources, community events, and meaningful partnerships. Ce Ce oversees the organization’s outreach efforts, volunteer coordination, and program development to ensure The Cove continues serving Jefferson County with compassion, purpose, and integrity.

Kyle Clemons serves as Treasurer for The Cove Initiative, NFP. He helps oversee financial organization and accountability, supporting budgeting, fundraising efforts, and responsible stewardship of resources. Kyle is committed to helping The Cove grow sustainably so we can continue serving children, youth, and families throughout our community.

Sara Cantley serves as President of The Cove Initiative, NFP. She provides leadership and guidance to support the organization’s vision, planning, and community outreach. Sara helps ensure The Cove’s programs and partnerships are carried out with purpose and integrity while keeping the mission of serving children, youth, and families at the center of every decision.

Nichole (Nicki) Yates serves as Secretary for The Cove Initiative, NFP. She supports the organization by helping maintain records, communication, and documentation needed to keep the Cove operating smoothly and responsibly. Nicki plays an important role in supporting board organization and ensuring our mission-driven work stays clear, consistent, and well-coordinated.

​Amanda “Mandy” Craig serves as the Family Engagement Chair for The Cove Initiative, NFP. She helps strengthen relationships between families and the Cove by supporting outreach, communication, and connection to resources. Mandy plays an important role in helping families feel welcomed, supported, and valued as they navigate challenges and access services through The Cove.

Adam Colon serves as the Fundraising & Events Coordinator for The Cove Initiative, NFP. He helps plan and support fundraising efforts and community events that make it possible for The Cove to serve children, youth, and families throughout Jefferson County and surrounding areas. Adam plays an important role in building strong community partnerships and helping create meaningful events that connect resources with families who need them most.
